I have 4 500 gig external hard drives that I have been using for a while. Backed them up, and deleted everything on them. There is nothing on them, but it still shows several gig, 30 gig on one, used. What is eating up the space and how do I fix it?

he drive includes various folders, but when I look at the size of each (Drivers, Intel, Lenovo, PerfLogs, Program Files, SWTOOLS etc.), they don't add up to approx. 100 GB This may be relevant... If you don't have permissions to access a file, its size won't be included in the report.
