Hello, I am looking for a Tachometer for my 2000 Sugar Sand Tango. When I bought the boat it did not have it in. The hole is 2 1/8" diameter and the brand of Tach is Beede. The other gauges in the boat are Beede and have a black face. If anybody has one that they would like to part with, or knows where I can get one for it. Please let me know. Thank You Fred 716-998-0491

Hi! Since our friends at Symprojects ( http://www.symprojects.com/ ) have come up with an easy and affordable tachometer output, I've been thinking about adding a working tach to my WIP cockpit. The thing is, I need a specific Smiths tachometer with a 12,000rpm range. Image attached. Sofar, I've had no luck finding one that's even remotely similar to what I have in mind. If anyone has ...

I bought a working VDO 52mm 7k RPM tachometer that I need help figuring out how to connect to my wiring harness. The model # is230/105/2 12v 14K impedance, 4cyl/4 stroke. Anyone got the documentation for one of these? I tried a bunch of search parameters on Google as well as the VDO site, with no luck. Thanks, Mark

I've just acquired a Triumph OEM tachometer and bracket so my poor, lonely speedo will finally have a twin sibling. However, I do not have the necessary wires for the tach (speedo is working fine already). What wiring do I need to acquire to run the tachometer? I've looked at the schematics at BikeBandit , but don't see any reference to the wiring, apart from a "subharness, ...

My Smiths tach has dust, dirt particles and a dried up insect carcass thrown in for good measure under the glass. Can these instruments be rebuilt/ cleaned out by the novice? If yes, could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

When the meters sit for years the lubrication dries out for the main bushing and the other parts tend to get sluggish, as well. Sometimes, with riding/operation, they will wake back up again, otherwise take it to a ...

Straight to the point: what iPod adapter is the best to install in 2005 Touareg RNS2 DVD System? Most important to be easy to install and keep all functions such as control through steering wheel and full display on tachometer, keeping CD changer functioning.
