I have CS1000E RLS 5.0. The tty ports hanged on the system, so I can't access the system. When I restart the MGC the tty ports work will for a while and go hanged again. I try to use ports on another MGC put I have the same problem. Is there batch file for this problem or what I can do for this issue? Regards mhammadeen

I need to change the dip switch settings on an MSDL as I need to use a port for a TTY and it is currently set for a DCH. Can I change the dip settings while the card is seated in the slot or do I need to down the MSDL and unseat before I can change? There are currently two DCH's configured on the MSDL and I am planning to use an available unconfigured port on the MSDL for a TTY.

Anyone own the movies on Blu-Ray? I was thinking of buying them, but after seeing some of the pictures on Amazon.com one thing stopped me - that sh!tty cardboard Pizza box that the discs come in. Surely they could have come up with a better way to store these??
