5 young guys going vegas in may and have been having a look at suites at THEHotel, how central is this?? isit it good location to get about from because we will be going to different clubs everynite. Whats vdara and aria like for location also??

I'm trying to decide on a hotel - oh, so many choices!. I think I've got it narrowed down to: THEhotel - THEsuite Mandalay Bay - SS Suite Mirage - Tower Suite (1 bed) This will be our first visit to Las Vegas , for 3 nights as part of a longer trip. Just wondering anyone's thoughts on the Bathhouse. I am trying to pick a spa for my adult daughter and myself. I am not a spa person, but the guys are going golfing and I thought it would be fun. We will be staying at THEhotel and am also thinking about the MB spa and the Eleven Spa in Town Square. Any thoughts are helpful. Thanks

Just returned from from 4 nights at THeHotel. We had room rates of $89 per night from an email special. May I say that the name is ridiculous and a bit pretentious. Everything is "THe This. After weeks of studying reviews I realized I was putting too much thought into it. Decided to go with the first hotel that made my list weeks ago, THEhotel. Booked a THEsuite, Jan1-7 for $980. Hi folks: I've booked air fare (cheap from Toronto , for once!) for a stay April 3-10. Has anyone received comps as yet for this week? We just booked three nights at THEhotel leaving tomorrow and coming back Wed. - We got the third night free (just google mandalay bay discounts). www.earlyvegas.com/thehotel_promo_codes.html I've also seen a few coupons entitled "Kick off the Holidays" where you get 2 for 1 spa passes and buffet tickets. i'd like to go back there again and stay on the strip. i'd like to stay at either THEhotel, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, The Venetian or Bellagio. Which one is better in terms of what you get for your money. I like Mandalay Bay for all the pools it has.

Why are you looking for a suite with a separate bedroom? That would help everyone give advice. Signature is condo-ish, but is attached to MGM and has 1 bedrooms. TheHotel is a great choice for a 1 bedroom, but as mentioned, isn't cheap (great, though!). Desert Rose has one and two bedrooms, but is more of a budget motel type place, a short walk to the strip. Did 'O' and Fix on one of our evenings in Vegas when we visited (Apr 2008) - an excellent night. Would also recommend doing (sunset) drinks at Mix at the top of TheHotel.

May 20-28th. Getting married May 22 at the Artisan. Staying at the Trump 20-23 then going to THEhotel from 23-28. Booked our flights about 2 months ago and glad we did bc they're about 200 more pp now.

Thanks for all the input. Actually will be moving to Bellagio after the conference ends for one night of my "typical Vegas " trip. I am pretty sure we have events that will take up early part of evening and it may not be worth going back and forth to the strip. I also have a room booked at THEhotel the night I arrive as conference starts midday the next day....unsure if I will just go ...
