I'm still PO'd about this. The BCS can't risk having one of the golden children be exposed by TCU or Boise, so they just make them play each other. Now we're no closer to having any idea whether these teams belong, which is exactly how the BCS wants it. Ridiculous.

Share Here are the schedules of Alabama, Texas, TCU, Cincy and Boise St for 2009. I've had several people (away from this board) tell me that TCU, Cincy and Boise St have played similar schedules with regards to strength of schedule. I'm no "strength of schedule" guru but at first blush of these schedules I'm not seeing any similarities. Call me a SEC homer ...

After Utah beat Alabama last year I guess they BCS didnt dare match up any non BCS teams with their so called powers. TCU could beat anybody in the country. I think TCU vs Alabama would be a great game, but I would at least settle for TCU vs Florida and Boise St vs Cincinnati. What a weak lineup of bowl games.

Not a prediction here, just a what if. Let's say the following happens: -Cincy beats Florida worse than Bama did -TCU rocks Boise -Bama barely beats Texas in a very close, ugly game Who's your pick for #1?

Same old story - my passat got flooded after a heavy storm, the wire harness seal gave way and water came in on the front right hand side. I called in my mech who dried out the carpet and the TCU, it worked OK for about four months then a month ago it suddenly started going into limp mode intermitently. Apparently the moisture was not cleared from the floor carpet - when I lifted the carpet...

Not sure this has any use other than as a paperweight. Worked before I took it out of my car a couple of years ago but you'll never get an analog phone activated anymore if you don't already have it and my guess is swapping the TCU means "reactivation" is required. $10 shipped (in the US). http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=472043 0 This is obviously going to be one of the most interesting match ups this bowl season, last year TCU was able to edge out Boise State thanks to a missed field goal and Kellen Moore's late game interception. Now Moore is another year older he has more talented targets around him, but TCU's defense is till dominant with talented players like ...

I think one of the motivators for both Alabama and Florida is neither wants to play TCU. So, since TCU is not on TV that much I dont know much about them except for the fact they beat the crap out of people. Does anyone think Texas, Bama, Florida, or anyone else have a chance to beat them?
