Hi Ladies, I was wondering if anyone has had swollen/sore lymph nodes in their neck during pregnancy. I also have been getting swollen lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. I thought it was a virus. I went running to the ear, nose and throat doctor a couple of weeks ago because of it. He did alot of tests and said it must be a virus. Now I am wondering if it is Hashis??? I just got my new tests and TPO antibodies are 166.

I had it a couple weeks ago on my right side. it would swell up when I ate. I went ot the doc and she said to suck on sour candies and take tylenol and give it 7-10 days to go down. About 5-7 days later I was good to go. It freaked me out though b-c 1/2 of my face was swollen!

Gemma, the antibiotics should be starting to work now so if by tomorrow morning you're no better you should go back to the doctor and they will prob prescribe you a different type and maybe the doctor will do a blood test? sorry i dont know what it could be though, hope you feel better soon.

They "Could" Be, but Not Necessarily. Do you have a fever? You could be fighting an infection somewhere in your body. As far as your groin is concerned, you may be suffering from Hidradenitis Supperativa...I've had that in my Groin for 5 years now. Try applying salt water compresses to it, and neosporin...see if the lymph node in your neck will go down as well. If not, see a doctor.
