Hi all, Does anyone know of any tree surgeons / council sites etc where I can pick up some dirt cheap bark chippings. I've heared roumers that someplaces are stuck with mountains of the stuff and are only too willing for people to take it away. I'm loathed to pay for stuff by the bag as it is really expensive.
