Now don't get me wrong, I had great summers growing up. Really, it's the best part of childhood in America. And while I wasn't initially make this about the kids, in the end, it has to be. Two reasons... pot, and lots of time to ...

Our family in Michigan is beginning to plan a two-week trip out west next summer. We have four kids -- 15,13, 11, and 8. I'm wondering which of the national parks are the most kid friendly, and what other attractions should we include?? We are hoping to go the beginning of August.

Merrick here... Mel Gibson will star in HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION, based on his own screenplay. "Summer Vacation" centers on a career criminal who gets caught by Mexican authorities and is sent to a drug- and crime-filled prison, where he learns how to survive with the help of a 9-year-old boy. Gibson has written only two other screenplays in his career: "...

12/14/2009 Mel Gibson To Spend 'Summer Vacation' In Veracruz It looks like 2010 is shaping up to be Mel Gibson's comeback year. In addition to starring in "Edge Of Darkness" and "The Beaver", it was just announced this morning that Gibson will be directing Leonardo DiCaprio in an "unsparing" William Monahan scripted Viking epic due to shoot next fall. In all of this chatter, the comment ...

Ugh! I hate it when English actors are forced to use American terms and phrases. The American screenwriter for this film, John August, must be such an uncultured douchebag. And the location of the Bucket's house leans more towards Europe (more precisely - England) even though it's suppose to be ambiguous where it is set (like it is in a lot of Roald Dahl's books), and then August goes and ...

I wouldn't wait to make those camping reservations. They are available later than the lodges, but not long. To make the reservations, you need the exact length of your vehicle and and any trailer you may be towing. Start looking on xanterra for reservations as that will help you shape your trip. If you go to YNP (which is very kid friendly) post on the...
