So, In addition to caffiene (other than that in chocolate) I've never allowed the kids (girls, ages 7 & 9) to have
aspertame (I know, it's really hard, it's in ALOT of products!) or splenda or any other sugar substitute. Am I being too cautious? Like I said before, it's in ALOT of products, and sometimes it's a chore to read all the labels at the store. Is there anyone else out there that ...
