Unmodded Turbo Subura reliability? Hi All, I'm seriously considering getting a 2010 Sub WRX, and was wondering if anyone has any experience with an unmodded Turbo Subaru, that occasionally goes to the track? This is how I plan to use mine, but haven't been able to find any good reliability stories for this setup (unmodded turbo that ...

You should be totally fine. I'd submit that you'll probably get more life out of an unmodded Suby than a modded one with proper care. If you upgraded the suspension bits and left the engine be you should be in for a great time at lapping days.

So I am think of putting a turbo wrx motor into a older aircooled volkswagen and would like to get a idea of first how one reprograms a ecu to not care that don't have lights, gauge and other electric component not to engine management and some other that may or may not be important like fuel tank sensors, and transmission sensors (also if they are important). Second how does one changes these ...

So my husband and I have 3 children, ages 4 months, 2 year and 4 years....we've been driving two different cars around....depending on who we are driving that is....the subura impreza has the babies car seat and 1 other car seat (for either of the older two children) and the SUV has two car seats for the older 2 children....I hate to admit this but there have been times when I've put the baby in...

My cheap azz armrest will not fasten. It keeps popping up. Is there anyone else having this minor "issue"? Also, Is this truly a warranty issue that Subura should be obligated to fix?

All MGZT/75 wheels are 5x100 stud pattern, with offset 40 to 50 but the bore of 56.1mm may be a problem for your VW. pretty sure they will not fit Subura wheels could be your other option. Whatever you fit you need to check wheel/clearances very carefully, so ebay as a good source, is really nogo unfortunately due to need to check the fit The wheels in your pic are 11 ...

Jas I hope to fit my 11mm pump this weekend as the TB is due a change. In addition, I have finally got the intake sorted along with the 80mm MAF. Following this the car will be mapped to see what its capable of......hopefully 190 to 200whp. __________________ 01 Golf Tdi, FMIC, CR 1756 hybrid turbo, PD intake, Allard EGR delete pipe, BV, Boost Gauge, Race Pipe, ...

Modifying your intake When upgrading the turbo air intake pipe when does the size of the tube become counter productive in terms of the max. velocity the air can reach within the air intake, which then effectively puts the choke point at the intake of the turbo? Basically what is the optimum size of the intake and how big an impact does it have on the MAF readings?...

I recommended the CRV, but would have recommended the Forrester had I not just test driven a 2.5 Impreza (with the 4 speed auto) this last week. The base 2.5 engine with the four speed automatic has no acceleration - punch the accelerator and you still wait 2 seconds for the acceleration to happen, and when it does it isn't much. Subura would be great in all other respects but test drive it and...
