Just a thought . Wouldnt the thousands of submarines that every country owns already that can hold thousands of people work the same as the ARCS? A lot quicker to get to when there in your own country instead of flying to China. And wouldnt have to spend Billions of dollars to make BECAUSE we already have them !!
