I have a root domain (duh) and a sub domain. I note on the sub domain that a visit came from the root domain. I go to the stats for the root domain and can find no indication that there is an exit link from there to the sub domain. Why? It should be an exit link from the root, right? To get right down to it, are the sub domains treated as part of the root for statistics? Or just how does ...

Hello all... I use the unmentionable *cough* cough godaddy for my dns/web hosting but we also have a few servers in the office.  I would like to create a subdomain for that and use our name servers to cover it. Would I just add that NS to the godaddy name servers and create a new forward lookup zone locally? Or are there some hosts and what not to create as well? Thanks Travis
