I made a rock solid sub-tone patch with Massive. Dload it then File/open in Massive to load it. http://home.comcast.net/~newdabranck/music/AnnodeS ub_MASSIVE.zip Use this as your sub and then add anything you want layered in over-top of it. Be sure to stay above the sub's freqs. I'd also put this Lo-pass filter after it just to catch some clicking sounds it ...

Well I know its not necessarily listening audio gear but it is audio gear in the sense you play them lol. I am selling a very mint Music Man 4-string bass guitar. This run of basses was only for about 2 years. It was a lower price verison of their Stringray model I beleive which is typically over 1000.00. I paid 800.00 new for this bass and it has been my baby ever since. It was used in home, ...

Hi all, I don't mind if I need to get a plugin to do this but I'd love to be able to effectively make sub-basses in various forms. Ones that rumble under the track/over the kick drum/replace the kick drum, ones that sound warm and melodic etc. I doubt there are any hard and fast rules but any tips will be greatly appreciated. I was told that you can create a sub-bass by starting ...

best way to lower the overall sub bass in the mix? Is it just plain EQ? Played my new tune (a remix to be released hopefully) in the club last night, and had to turn down the bass like 50%... Seems Im always adding too much bass at home 'cause I cant hear it on the monitors. In this tune, I have a bass bus I'm using with several types of bass routed (808, synthy bass, ...

Got IT. Scotch's post 149 pretty much nails it. I tested mine with a Bongo HS, A Fender P5 and a Waterstone 12 String. This pedal is amazing. To get more specific on what makes this magic is the crossover. I set mine for 2 O'clock on the bottom of the pedal, which, to me, works best for my basses. Like Scotch mentions: It's Fuzz, on the Muff Side. When you put the big wheel toward the...
