When using vista u have used 186.42 nvidia drivers 186.81 and 186.82. I recently upgraded to windows 7 as you all probably have done. Are any of you guys experiencing sound stuttering when nvidias powermizer downclocks and upclocks? I have reformatted and also done basic driver upgrades downgrades... If i disable powermizer its fine so I'm wondering if you guys have found a cure to the problem.

Ok so I got my 510 new in 08 and Ive always had this problem of it stuttering and cutting out in corners, Ive had it in and out of the shop and no one can figure it out. Hi, I am trying to connect to an external monitor to run my DV NTSC sequence out of FC7 on my Macbook Pro. I am running the video out to S Video into the monitor. In Final Cut, when I choose 'view --> video playback --> Digital Cinema Desktop Preview - Full Screen' and 'External Video --> All Frames.' The sequence plays fine in the canvas, but on the external monitor, it stutters....

Even at very low datarates, when played through a SWF the flv stutters in areas...even when played locally. When I play the straight FLV in VLC media player, it is totally smooth. This may have been covered somewhere before, but searching for 'stuttering playback' is like googling the word 'p*rn', with an all but useless signal-to-noise ratio ;) Dual-core 2.7Ghz G5, running FCP 6.0.5.
