I know it's vain, and I know it's a part of pregnancy but....*sniffles* I got my first strech mark today. It's on my left breast...and it's ugly! I use cocoa butter (and I know that it won't really help) so today I used extra (as if to undo the damage). My husband said it beautiful because I'm growing out daughter but...NOW I HAVE MOM BOOBS!!!!! WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I had a talk ...

People with stretch marks, that is. lol. I have gone through so many weight fluctuations throughout the years and gotten them, and I know I will get more as I lose weight. I'm not going to stop losing weight not to get any more or anything. It's just discouraging sometimes. I mean, I have them everywhere possible you can get them almost. Forget bikinis or swimsuits. I don't feel...

Some of you may have read a thread that i posted earlier, about my never ending stretchmarks!! Up until now, i thought most people got away without them, but seems quite a lot of us do actually get them Soooo... i thought it would be a good idea to have a thread so show off our strechmarks with pride would be good to know that were not alone "Think of stretch marks as ...

and I'm not even bothered by it. I'm more fascinated that it happens to go right through my navel piercing... weird huh?. Luckily it's very small and light, but I suppose it's the first of many to come.

I have some from puberty and weightloss/gain as well... all are on my hips/sides though, notice I said this is my first PREGNANCY stretch mark. Totally weird to have it on my belly though. Oh no, I don't think I can muster up the courage to post a pic!

WIth my ds, I was so proud at 32 weeks because there were no stretch marks to be seen. About 2 weeks later, I hada TON. My OB said a lot has to do with family history. He told me if your mom has stretch marks, you will probably have stretch marks.

Ugh, I hate stretch marks. Growing up I got them on my thighs and I can remember a little girl asking her mom what was wrong with me at my friends pool. They settled down but when I got pregnant with my daughter I didn't get any on my tummy until the VERY LAST week of my pregnancy. I was so upset, I really thought I was going to get through the whole thing with a single tummy...

Quoting no longer empty arms: OMG SHUT THE FUCK UP! Honestly. Yes, you are a n00b. I didn't call you newbie. I am sure that you are ... [snip!] ... lucky in one area but would give all and more up for my twins. Find something better to do besides worry about an OLD thread! a newbie is someone new to this site and a n00b is basically some one ignorant and refusing to change there ways? ...

my sister in law had lots of stretch marks and what helped them to disappear was this cream called A Mother's friend. I think they only sell it at privately owned pharmacies and maybe you could find it on the internet. But I swear if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes i wouldn't believe it. She had lots of stretch marks now she is able to wear a small bikini and you would never know they were ...

My friend recommend burt's bee's belly butter (or something like that). It's a very odd consistency, you sort of rub your hand on it, then rub your belly. It's barely there.
