Copilot North America not announcing street names? I just got Copilot North America on Sunday and it is on version 800469. It shows text to speach is active, but all I get is turn left or turn right. It isn't announcing street names like it should. Any ideas?

I'm trying to see which streets in the Bay Area are on fault lines. I've been trying to find a map with both data points but couldn't find one map with both fault lines and street names after doing a number of obvious key word searches (map + fault + street, etc). I know I'm not the only one who's thought of this. Is it a conspiracy or am I just not using the right word ...

Time to replace my old one V2 Europe and I am looking for a new GPS that reads out the street names, text to speech I think it is called. Had a look on TomTom site but not really very clear. hi guys; I am thinking about buying the 1475T; as you all know it is under 150; do you know if the latest firmware fixed the tts issue or any other critical issues? I understand that for such cheap price I don't expect perfection, but is it overall a good unit for the $$ and does it work good overall? Thanks

I emailed Garmin about why it sometimes does not show street names. Here is what I put in the email: When I turn on my system and press view map (it would show the navigation map), it would show street names and it does not matter if it is in any view (ie 3d or both 2d options) and detail mode (less to most).
