My fiance and I will be in london in about 3 weeks. We really want to go to stonehenge, but we dont know of a good company that will take us. We want to make sure we can get as close to the stones as possible. I've read of premium tours and anderson tours but they dont state how close they take us. Has anyone used these companies lately? Can you offer any advice?...

Guys, I'm going to be in Geneva and London and at the end of January. My only free days will be Saturday, January 30th and Sunday the 31st in the London area. Last year I did the Stonehenge/Avebury/Bath tours, but this year I'd like to take in a soccer...err...football match. It would be my first one (other than my daughter's grade school matches!). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello. I will be taking the train from London to Salisbury then the bus to Stonehenge. I would like to buy tickets ahead of time. If by some chance, I need to return to London earlier than planned, would I be able to take an earlier train if there are available seats? If not, would it make more sense to buy tickets as I go? Thank you for your help.
