yes, these numbers came directly from signature stock transfer. The total shares outstanding for this company as of 1-05-2010 were 2,845,809,920 shares outstanding with 1,210,209,920 shares free trading and 1,635,600,000 shares restricted with 7,000,000,000 shares authorized.

I contacted Pacific stock transfer and asked them to confirm the facts re dividend on their end......according to them, it has officially been processed, and is in process of being issued by brokerages.....however investors with certificates are still waiting for the dividend to be posted by finra....it has not been posted by finra yet (whatever that means)....pacific spoke to finra, but the rep ...

Ameritrade is waiting for the stock transfer. They were notified that they would be paid today. I spoke with a rep and she said the ticker symbol will be changed today. Therefore, you should be able to trade before the end of the close. "STILL SUCKS !!!"
