I’ve found that there really isn’t any answer I can give that changes the substance or tenor of the myriads of requests, pleadings, and demands I get for Midnight Sun to be finished, so I feel a little silly answering that question at all. But it’s the most popular question, so I’ll take another stab at it. I am not working on Midnight Sun now. I don’t have a plan for when I’ll get to it; I don’...

The part where Bella and Edward and Seth are away from the battle and Edward and Seth realize Victoria has found them. Edward tells Seth "Go" and the boy takes off. Anyone has figured out where did he run to? I first thought he went for help, but he came back without any help. I could not believe Seth would run away from the upcoming battle. Edward would probabally want to keep the boy ...

For the most part, newspapers and magazines give her great reviews and say that she is a very talented writer. However, many others criticize her terrible writing and bring up points about how Edward is abusive and Bella is a damsel in distress and a MarySue. I'm just curious about how Meyer has reacted to these criticisms, or if she is even aware that not everyone in the world loves her books.

^^Adding to the Twilight man candy, I think Xavier Samuel (Aussie dude, he'll play Riley in Eclipse) is quite a looker too! Let the Eclipse countdown begin

Crap writer but erm, amusing storytelling. I like the LOL moments in the books, but she definitely isn't writing literary masterpieces sry2say. Oh don't be ridiculous, Andrea. Everybody wants this. Everybody wants to be us.

I went to this with my girlfriend. It was so bad I even had a hard time sleeping through it. Character development, along with plot, are non-existent here. I couldn't care less for any of the characters. The dad (Charlie?) was the exception. Every scene he came in I wished he would just bitch slap is daughter into the next county. If you want to feel like a vampire, dead and emotionless, watch ...

I get what you're saying but I think it's the same for any author really..it's the books people are interested in, not the authors. S meyer is rolling in money, I doubt she feels sorry for herself. "Where you tend a rose a thistle cannot grow" aw Nom'd by fiveminutesearlier

J.K. Rowlings wrote about witches and ghosts. Does that mean she supports the occult? Of course not. They're just books, and the same applies to Meyer. And writing about vampires isn't the same as blasphemy. Blasphemy only applies to things relating to God, not to things that don't even exist in the first place. Sure, vampires are more sinister than many mythological creatures, but if...
