Why isn't Stefano in jail? He committed all these crimes and is still walking free as are many other people. Why can't they just be arrested and the arrest stick but good?

GAC, I have checked the bus schedules and if I am reading it correctly it looks like the bus from Grosetto to Porto Santo Stefano only runs on the weekdays. Is this correct? Is this schedule a year around schedule or might it change for the summer months? Also what is Scolastica in the legend for the bus schedule? Thanks a bunch

Is there going to be a Christmas market at San Stefano? We walked by there last night and saw no sign of it. Is there going to any Christmas market elsewhere? There is a bit of repair work being done in the Campo San Stefano - quite a bit is cordoned off. Will try to get to the Tourist office later and ask.
