Hi Buddies, As a lot of you know, the last few months have been very difficult for me. Having to deal with my oldest son being diagnosed with cancer, many hospital stays and trips to doctors, sitting with him during every chemo treatment have made focusing on me impossible. He did his last chemo treatment on this past Friday and has a CT scan on 11/12. We will get the results on 11/16,...

I was actually in physical pain and nauseated after my dinner last night of chicken fried steak and fries and decided that is it!!! I felt so good on low carb. Here's the problem and where my downfall began....I started a new job ...

I've been burned by Romo before. Not loving his matchup. Is Schaub a better start against a depleted Indy secondary? And I've heard Nicks is starting on a few websites, has anyone heard this?

Welcome to our thread. We are in our 50's, or thereabouts and starting over...again. It seems to be an epidemic and it would be nice to have some friends in the same age group to support us in restarting the program and sticking with it one final time. It would be good for us to list each day if we journaled, stayed OP, drank our water, had our V,F...

We even sold our van 2 years ago and bought me a truck. Starting over is scareing me more than anything at this point. When I think of buying a crib, car seats, swing, stroller.....urgh, I get so overwelmed. Do you think a ...

I have been reading here almost daily since joining. My old way of making pizza was all-purpose flour mixed in my bread maker and used the same day. Fast forward and I am getting my act together. My shipment of KASL arrived the other day (4-3lb bags $50cdn) I will still be making the dough by hand as I am saving for a good mixer. My oven is a Garland E-22. It has two racks about 18X18....

Better late then never I think. It's currently 2am in the morning and I'm getting prepared to get some rest but thought I would stop by since some circumstances made me realize exactly how long it's been since I was here. I think to myself now after editing my profile information to make it much more current that I have been a member of this wonderful forum since 2003 from what my stats say....

Hi Everyone, My name is Deveney and I am a nicotine addict. I have been a member of this forum for about a year now. During that time, my longest quit was about 3 and 1/2 months. Since my initial slip, I have put together sometimes as much as one month and sometimes as little as a few days. I "slipped" again this morning. I shouldn't say slip, because it isn't like it's an accident when it ...
