I saw a book recently at Borders. It was about what was going on in the Universe during the Dominion War(the rest of the universes troubles, peace, etc...). I cant seem to remember the title, I was hoping someone else here might have read it.

10) In the Star Wars universe, weapons rarely, if ever, are set on "stun." 9) The Enterprise needs a huge engine room with an anti-matter unit and a crew of twenty just to go into warp. The Millenium Falcon does the same thing with just R2-D2 and a Wookie. 8) After resisting the Imperial torture droid and Darth Vader, Princess Leia still looked fresh and desirable. After enduring Cardassian...

Holy CA-RAP! I'm super excited about this. From ADB's "Captain's Log #40": Quote: Battlestations Star Fleet is being done by Jeff and Jason Siadek of Gorilla Games. This is a "crew running around on the deck plans of a gunboat" game. This will be our first foray into expensive full-color foreign production, and will get us into new stores. YES! Battlestations , set in an honest-to-...

Note that this isn’t strictly a “Vs” scenario, as there’s no requirement that anybody fight. This is more a “What If?” scenario. What if this happened, and if it did, what would result? And one of the possible answers to that is armed conflict, but it’s not the only one. So here’s the “What If?” scenario. Q, in a state of pique, decides to abduct the entire ...

I have been a "trekkie" probably almost all my life. And like many of you, I think Star Trek: the Next Generation was the best series to-date. Like many of you, I especially like the hope for humanity's future ST represents. Anyways, my question. I was recently watching the ST: TNG series finale "All Good Things" on cable and a local tv station. And they mentioned the very interesting ...

I've been a trekkie since I was in my late teens; and I suppose the main reason I get as passionate as I do about this issue is that when many GLBT people come out they're often shunned, harassed and persecuted by their own families and friends. So I think that by including an openly queer person on a show such as Star Trek would be sending a clear message of hope to young people like that;...

The various writers and producers of Star Trek over the years correctly deduced that the vast majority of people don't watch Star Trek to see that sort of thing.....something the GBLT lobby finds unacceptable. And from some of the gay characters that appear in TV drama...like BSG's psychopathic lesbian Admiral Kane and Law and Order episodes involving LGBT characters...frankly, I would ...

Surlaw The Mai wrote: I read book 1 and 2 of some 4 part series about what Enterprise was doing during the Dominion War, it was pretty decent. Riker was in command while Picard and Ro went under cover to stop the Dominion from creating a second more "Man Made" Wormhole to get the Dominion reinforcements through. It was written 1000 times better then those garbage novels by...
