At Least We Got Stables is recruiting members for progress in ToGC10/25. We need players who are mature, active, experienced, able to think outside the box and able to adapt. We have cleared ToC10/25 and downed 3/5 ToGC10, to be able to progress in ToGC25 we need more players with the same experience, gear and commitment as our ToGC10 core. If you are interested and think you got what ...

Horse boxes would be a nice Idea too to add a bit more realisum to the farm. Also I know a little off topic but how about some dry stone walling too as well as the fencing as a lot of highland farms ...

Many people who are still involved in the horse industry today had an opportunity to spend a wonderful summer or more at Almar Stables during the 60's and 70's on Burnhamthorpe Road in Oakville. Allan Cutts's wife Mary who dutifully cooked for 20-30 kids on a regular basis and who gave many kids a second home has passed away this week in Guelph after a long illness, Allan is still going strong ...

But... thinking of complimenting my 08DX with an italian - an '09 1198S Ducati. I love my DX to bits (as all VRods), but find myself missing the knee scraping performance that I left sports bikes for to go to the 'Rod in the first place. I've managed to find a low mile highly discounted second hand 1198S and was thinking of lashing out on a track bike. Leaving the 'rod for weekend days ...

A friend of mine is moving to the Glasgow area in the next couple of weeks and would like to continue with her riding lessons. She'll be totally new to the area and doesn't know who to ask. Do any of you kind folks out there know of anywhere that she might go? Thanks in advance. [Also posted on the Pets and Pet Care area of the forum]

I'm looking to get one for my kids for Christmas. They are almost 4 (DS) and 18mos (DD). I was leaning towards the design of the E&A because it opens from both sides which would allow equal access for both kids. Everything just seems for open and accessible. My question is more about quality. I seem to be able to get them for similar prices so really I'm just interested for some...

Are horsemen the better military option in the age of swordsmen? They have an extra movement point, and you can build a stable and a barracks so they get a second promotion swordsmen can't. Does that make Chariot/Horse/Knight/Cavalry the best military? Also with flanking promotions they have a higher survive rate so will get more and faster promotions , so you can get the Heroic ...

How does the new deserter thing work? I haven't played since May, recently reopened my account, and tried to have some fun healing puggies in AB. I "worked my ass of". Rode from one node to the next, defended, attacked, healed, healed and healed. After having tried attacking stables, and failed at it, I found myself waiting for the res timer on BS. I enter these forums, read for what ...

Thats it - the boys are coming in tonight - not sure how impressed they are going to be by this as they've only ever been in during the day with me, never overnight but might as well use the stables as they are there and everyone else is bringing in as the weather here is horrible Still, at least they get to try their pj's on - they've never been out the packet before!

I have been lucky enough to finally have some lovely timber stables put up, two 12x12 and get my horses out of the mud and rain. We all love it, the horses would rather stay in than get turned out in the morning but I heave them out anyway. I have put down Miscanthus, five bales in each stableFor deep littering, and I watered it to help it "set". The 11.2 welsh is a dream, 3 minutes to...
