I know this school had pretty good medical school acceptance rates, but it never appears on any of the high rankings in texas or even nationally. It is a tier 1 for it's masters programs, but idk what it is for the undergrad. Anyone who could shed light as to how this school is would be amazing.

Ive never been to the caribbean and my husband and I are looking for a warm place to hit the beaches, go hiking and be active over Christmas. We do not want to just sit still for 10 days at a pool. We are looking for some place with views and not too pricey or touristy. Oh, and he loves Jimmy Buffet. :) Thanks!

We will be in St. Thomas on a cruise from 7:00-4:00. We do not want to go snorkling but we are wondering if it is possible to get to either St. John or St. Croix and walk around, etc. thanx Larry

There is a new thread over at MM.net discussing a possible all-Panther get together at the St. Thomas plant next summer sometime as sort of an "appreciation tour" to the workers there before the plant closes. I will try to post details as they shape up but you can read them yourselves there too. Sounds like a great idea to me.

Hi - was wondering about ideas of where to stay on St Thomas for one night - we will be flying in and staying the one night before taking the ferry over to St Johns for a week, so maybe somewhere near the ferries? Was considering the Marriot since Blue Havana seems like a highly reccomended restaurant and that would certainly be convienent... Any advice would be great!
