I asked this question in the general archery but I didn't get many responces so I thought I would try it here. Is one better then the other or is the only difference between them is one uses 1 screw and the other 2 screws on the blade? The only thing I have heard is that the 2 has a different blade angle? If so which is better? Thanks in advance, GB

I need a steel to withstand 670MPa of cyclic loading stress (spring component for experiment, maybe 500 cycles). I cannot change the geometry of my part to achieve lower stress. I'm looking at 41xx chro-moly as a possiblity, but I think it does not like to be repeatedly bent so close to its yield. Is chro-moly a bad choice for a spring? 5160 is another option, but quenched and tempered only ...

I have both and shoot both. I like the tackdriver because you can adjust the blade angle for different arrow setups. Its really more personal preference. They retail around the same price, so that shouldnt be much of an issue. Only thing I like about my TT SS1 is the micro adjust but truly your only going to be setting centershot once, maybe twice.

Been using my Peterson picks for about 4 years and I love them! Maybe its cos I got better at picking but still I haven't had to experience any of the Petersons break on me yet (I broke a hook pick at least once years back). And these were used for both hobby purposes and out in the field running lockout calls.
