We would like to stay at a hotel on Medano beach the week of March 20th- 27th. I want to avoid staying at place where college spring breakers stay. Does anyone know where they stay or have any suggestions on a reasonably priced hotel on Medano beach? Thanks.

Hi folks, we are driving from Charlotte NC to Port Canaveral to do a Disney Cruise, departs Sun April 4, '10 (Easter). My son is a HUGE Nascar fan so we're going to stop at the Speedway on the way down. I'm sure we could find hotels near the Speedway, but I'd love to find a hotel for just a night or 2 on the beach. This is most likely peak Spring Break time, so I am worried about ...

Just booked our spring break trip to the Barcelo. Spring break was our only option this year for a vacation. Has anyone been to the Barcelo during Easter break and if so was it loaded with "spring breakers"? The Barcelo website says "no spring breakers" but we all know how that works. Just curious if you encountered any problems at this resort during that time?

non stop from MKE to MCO under $200 PP r/t what i am looking for is coming out to $577 -3 pp R/T, non stop My dates are 3/28- 4/1 ( Sun - Thurs) late times,( arriving in Orlando after 7pm our time) but hey it's alot cheaper than what i have been seeing! I think we MIGHT be going to Florida for spring break

We are probably going to be coming to PC in mid-April, is this a busy time for spring breakers? We are also probably going to stay at the Catalonia Royal so not sure if there would even be any of the spring break crowd there or not? Thanks!

I was seriously considering booking the Barcelo Colonial/Tropical when I read a tripadvisor review about the resort being great except during spring break time when the spring breakers take over (the example of vomiting in the pool really turned me off!). Any more feedback would be appreciated - is it really that bad at this time? If it is, what resorts are 'safe' for families?

My FI and I are getting married at the end of March. We're considering one of the Secrets resorts in the Riveria Maya for our honeymoon but are worried about the place being over run with rowdy Spring Breakers.. Any one have an experiences with honeymooning there around this time? We're considering postponing the honeymoon till May if it means a more relaxed time with less noise.. TIA!...

I have never been to Mexico in April, and it never even occurred to me that this would be a problem with high school kids. When I think "spring break" I think of college-aged kids in March, and I know that they generally don't go south of Cancun (at least not in big groups). It's always a bummer to have obnoxious people at your resort!

As a member of CRST im saying thier is nothing thier. I Have seen to much neglect, drug and Alcohol Abuse and Kids comming from broken homes. who would want to see that. Yes i think its great that some people are trying to save our Native American Culture but going back to eaglebutte aint going to bring it back.
