for those who dont know what this little BIOS setting is, it is a function that is designed to reduce the electromagnetic interference that comes from your CPU clock generator. it is known to slightly reduce performance and stability when active. very slightly. so my question is, when disabled, what kind of performance difference will it make? i recently disabled mine, but im not sure if im going...

i dont have any problems with electronics, and according to other sites, they only recommend enabling if you have problems with interference. now the thing is, i know the settings usually have values such as +0.25, 0, -0.25 and so on, but mine only have enabled and disabled, without an actual value, so i dont know if it reduces or increases anything, and by how much.

Just flicking through a couple of i7 clcking guides and was wondering do people still disable theese settings, ie cpu spread spectrum and pcie spread spectrum?

novak gtb spread spectrum setup

I am new to brushless oval racing and i have a new gtb 6cell spectrum esc. I am running 17.5 1s and would like to know about setting my esc. I heard someone talking about the timing in the esc and cannot figure which profile that is. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have to know if i can change the settings on "spread spectrum" in bios.
