We'll be in Rome over New Years eve/day and my husband wants to watch the Penn State/LSU bowl game on New Years Day. Does anyone know of a sports bar that would show American football?

Hey everyone, the hubby and I are heading down to visit in January, and we will need to watch a football playoff game (geaux Saints) and were looking for recommendations from locals. We are mid 30's, so please no "college" bars, just a low key place. Thanks in advance!

I'm a flyers fan, and they're playing in the Winter Classic on new years day. In the event that I can't make it home before the game starts, and I can't find a ...

Not really worthy of a new thread, but what the heck. With Miami, Jags, and Broncos all playing early games, I'll be in my usuall seat by 1pm hoping they all lose. Then.....drum roll, Jets beat Manning at 4:15. Historic. How funny would it be if ALL teams (fins, jags, broncs, jets) lose sunday? We'll STILL be in the playoff hunt the last game of the year with a losing record...

My brother is up from LA and we want to watch college football and the NBA games today at a nice sports bar. Ricky's and the Englander are closed on Christmas. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the help! Jamie- That place looks very cool. I love supporting the hockey community, so I will definitely be heading there if I need a place to watch the game.

I love O'Malley's -- we've been a couple of times to watch football. The King Street Grill was way too packed the first time -- now O'Malley's is our first choice.
