Wondering what you all think is the best turbo for rally use, and/or the quickest spooling IHI option? I'm looking to stay at 300whp or just over, currently running a 16G/TD-04 hybrid at 20psi... * Registered users of the site do not see these ads.

So my DD TT is pumping out 630 rwhp. It has a 3200 stall that is not too user friendly as a daily driven truck. Now we all know the problems with spooling up from low revs but I really need to drop my TC to a 2600 stall so my plan is to launch from around 2500 with a 1.5 - 2.5 second 75 shot. Am I thinking along the right lines? Or should I just say screw it and spray a 75 shot for the whole 1/4 ...

For spooling a file in ASCII with columns separator (for example ';') and to write it on a Server, I usually use UTL_FILE. I'd like to know if it exists another easier way to do it. For example for writing dynamic sql I can use DBMS_SQL but it's easier to use Native Dynamic SQL, so I wander if it also exists an easier way to spool ASCII files on Server by ...

A bizarre solution to a spooling problem. Problem: Word documents sent to an HP Officejet Pro K5300 Series printer hang in the print queue, saying “spooling”. They do not print, and cannot even be cancelled. Solution (Bizarre Solution). The solution that worked for me was to rename the printer by removing the first space after “HP” in the printer’s name. When I did this, Word could ...

hi, Looking at BE 12.5 on Windows. Does it (can it?) implement data spooling when backing up to tape? All I can find is the B2D Folder device; is the spool concept not in BE? (not B2D2T with a Duplication Job... since the staging disk array I have available is only 2TB, I'm after using it as a fill/drain spool to reduce shoe-shining for accomplishing dumps from a GigE-connected...

Hi * Is it possible to spool data from Oracle database (using PL/SQL script) to a remote server (without using ftp) such that the file that is created from the database saver is stored onto the remote server. We do not want to make use of UTL_FILE.\ We are currently running our shell scripts from a remote server which connects to a database. We want to ...

Hello. A strange situation is happening to me, I would like to know why it is and how to solve it (10.0.2 release on a linux machine). I am using spool to write rows from a table to a file, some of the fields are clobs. The strange situaton is this: if any of the clobs in a row contains a "" character (char(10)) an extra "" character is added "at the ...

Hi, As many of us quark 7.5 users know, when you upgrade to Snow Leopard it can make printing a 50/50 chance of crashing out after it's gone to spooling. In console it tells us that the quarkpstops filter is missing. Quark released a fix earlier on, in leopard, in the guise of an installer that throws a shell script in the /usr/libexec/cups/filter/ folder. Now, the installer in snow...

Pssst... Hello, rotary friends. LONG time. My FC is dead & sold. I miss her dearly--mainly just the sound of a T4 spooling--but it was time. Thankfully the guy who took her off my hands is trying to get her running. When I dropped the title off for him he told me about how he'd already got it started...

The film was shot in a Brownie Hawkeye. I used Rodinal 1:50 because I had no other developers in the house. I was careful to mix the chems at 68 degrees F, and they actually sat while I was spooling the roll. It is cooler in my house than 68 degrees right now. (I use sweaters instead of heaters.) I used Kodak Indicator Stop Bath and Kodak Hardening Fix. The result was a completely ...

I suspect I am running lean because I get partial throttle cut when going WOT. But not when I go from 1st gear through whatever going WOT. I was told that I don't get partial throttle cut at this time due to the turbo already spooling and constantly being open. I talked to my tuner and he said that I am running lean somewhere. I did a boost leak test and everything is tight with -20 hg/in ...
