1976 T140v Today during a pre flight check I cracked my left wheel spindle cap. It appeared to be a bit loose wider gap than usual so just a little pressure and crack. Dang it! My question is there supposed to be a gap (the right side is about .0625)? I do not see torque specs on this in my Haynes and as there are four cap screws and lock washers I would guess they should be ...

the legacy GT spindle looks pretty different from the impreza spindles, it looks similar to the 05+ sti but they are still 5x100 hubs. the back of the knuckle has the 4bolts that hold the bearing in like the 05+ sti. I don't have ABS so I don't really care which style knuckle I have as long as it will work my car is a 94 impreza L...

Dana 60 Spindle shim? Probably a dumb question, but I've searched the web and can't find it. I have angled shims between my spindles & knuckles. Are they necessary?
