Is anyone using this? It has something like 34gb worth of content. I'm currently installing disc 3 and have another 2 more to go! It's taken like 1 and a half hours so far! Trilogy took about 20 minutes at the most.

I've always used NI products, but never loved them as they're always too complex and fiddly for me to really enjoy. When using NI product I have to know in advance what I'm trying to achieve. Knowing this, I can map my way through the maze of possibilities their software offers. Spectrasonics products are equally complex (try digging into Steam if you don't believe me)....

I'm looking forward to this, I love Omnisphere and Stylus RMX. Apparently, I am entitled to a free copy as an intel Mac user using the Trilogy wrapper. I'm just wondering if this will be a download or a disk in the mail, I guess it depends on the size, any thoughts?

Hey all! Hope you're well. I've been doing fine, thank you, with my quad core studio PC for the past 1 1/2 years....but recently I bought East West Play, and I'm starting to feel I need more memory, as I also have Spectrasonics Stylus RMX and Superior Drummer, and Kontakt and using them altogether does stretch my memory, often to the point of Cubase 5 crashing... My understanding is ...

I was just wondering if installing Data files into my VSTPlugins folder will affect the speed of my VST's loading or the like. Is it alright for me to have Data files for an instrument(i.e. Spectrasonics Atmosphere) in the same folder as the DLL?

Running Trilian inside of Omnisphere is a match made in heaven-here is an example what it sounds like when one combines some of the fretless basses with some Lyle Maystype synthsounds inside Omnisphere. http://www.vimeo.com/7616642 ---- the difference between theory and practise is that in theory there is no difference! www.soundclick.com/cosmicpassenger www.vimeo.com/user772171/...

Yeah I got a free upgrade too. I've found that the sounds take longer to load which is understandable. However the sounds are ten times better than Trilogy's. I also like the way of how you can select the correct bass by: Category -> Type -> Model -> Technique
