Wouldn't it be a nice idea to specialise the generals in the same way as the great people are specialised? For example, you could have categories like: Great City Defender - when settled in a city the city would get +50% city defence and would never go below +20% in defence. Each unit built in the city would recieve that promo that gives you a first strike and less collateral damage...

Hi everyone, I am in the middle of the road choosing between two teams: algorithmic trading or analytics. I am an IT guy in an investment bank and as a result roles are very specialised.
