They have their in-house exchange server forwarding to an outside firm that is filtering junk mail then sending the mail back to the exchange box. the company no longer wants to use the outside firm but I have been informed from the outside firm that if they turn off the service my client will no longer get email since DNS is forwarding ...

I asked awhile ago if people had any reviews/experiences with TrendMicro's cloud based spam filtering and didn't get a single response. Does anyone have experience with Symantec's (MessageLabs) spam filtering? It's cheaper than TrendMicro, but someone's voice from the SBS community would bolster my opinion. Thanks, Mesan
