I am using win xp home sp3 I am trying to use remote assistance as helper through msn messenger. I can accept the request for help but the next window does not open. all the info I can find to repair is reload sp2 but will not run cause I all ready am using sp3 if I request remote assistance on same machine it does work no problem any ideas how to fix ? 1 person needs an answer I do too

I want to get our SP3 software update and send that to everything that doesn't have it. Should I make a collection that has that or does Software Updates have a way to install only on the computers that need it and ignore all the others?

Can anybody help me with a problem I have? I know this is for desktops computer only, but for this question might not make any difference. I want to install a program that requires service pack 2, and the one that is installed in my lop top is SP3. Can I remove the SP3 and install the older version SP2, and how I can do so? Thank you.

I updated my Advent laptop with the SP3 update and have now been unable to get it to boot up, all I was getting was the XP start up screen then completely black screen with only the cursor showing.
