Does anyone use this software? I just got my copy yesterday for editing my helmet cam footage. Anyone have any pointers/tips/lessons learned? Please share. Thanks!

Hey how do i make this Video widescreen without losing part of the video..? I've done it before with no problem by just going to pan&crop and selecting widescreen but now its giving me weird problems like it will make it widescreen but you can't see the whole picture... as it doesn't fit on the screen preview. Here's a SS to give you an idea of the problem. Help me fix this please..

Hi, I have a new installtion of Windows 7 64 bit. I have a library of MPEG4 clips that I created in Sony Vegas Pro 8.1 and that all played on Vista 64. However, on Windows 7 they playback but with no sound. I have sound generally on the pc. Help! hi brothas salamo 3alaykom this few days i had a problem with sony vegas pro 8.0 with no SOLUTION in other website im trying to learn about S.Vegas, then i m doing some tuto but the problem is , when im using vega's TEXTURES , i cant see my video moving i add textures , i do modifications , and when i clik play ===> i get nothing PLEASE HELP

Hey! I was just wondering... Is it safe to download the full Sony Vegas (any version) from a website rather than the sony website? Or is that considered pirating? If it is, of course I'm not going to do it, but if it's not what is a safe website where I can get a Sony Vegas full version for free? Thanks and I'm not trying to steal or anything.

Hi Vegas Pros, I'm using Sony Vegas Pro8c and DVD Architect Pro5. I've been working on a project for a few months now and had no problems up until now. I'm getting "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on ok to terminate the application". Hi, I downloaded a trial copy of Sony Vegas 9 but I'm having trouble with starting it. The install goes smooth but when I try to launch it I get an error message: "System is low on memory. Evey time I try import video footage to either Sony Vegas Movie Studio or Windows Movie Maker both programs say there is a problem and they have to close. Also, I noticed Windows Explorer would do the same thing after changing the video files to thumbnails. Does this mean my registry is corrupted? If this is the problem is there a fix rather than having to do a reinstall?

I'm not sure if this is the correct section but I'' ask anyway. I copied my home movie from my nephews birthday earlier, i've used sony vegas 9 to brighten it slightly and adjust the contrast but when I save it to avi it comes out at about 17gb where the origional is a little over a gig. Does anone know how to convert it using the prog but keep the file size down?...

I'm going to be purchasing a T1i in the next week or so and currently have sony vegas movie studio 9. Does anyone know of any issues I might have before I make the purchase? I just dont want to run into any surprises i.e. compatibility issues
