Got an 06 XA that I absoulutely love, pimp wheels, intake, tinted, lots of extras. How can I find a good weight that I can use for dumbbells? I'm 15 years old, my arms have a bit of muscle, but overall they're pretty lanky un-flexed. I want to build muscle in this area, and hopefully make them less lanky. Once I have a good weight, which exercises are best and most effective for biceps/triceps/chest, and how many sets and reps should I do? Thank you :)

My 1 year old Shih-Tzu was spade last Friday 8/29/08. She has refused to eat all weekend and refuses to drink any water. She has not pooped all weekend either.
