Has anyone come across an error code that points to the shift solenoid valve? My Leon TDI went into the garage last week to fix the coolant temp sensor, after the Engine Management light came on. Today on the way to work it pops back on and the garage has said that the error code is now pointing at the shift solenoid valve. The garage have said this is very odd as it usually refers to ...

For sale we have an ASCO NSF rated solenoid valve. 24 volt DC, normally closed, 1/8"NPT inlet and outlet. Includes two 1/8"NPTx1/4" hose barb 304 Stainless fittings. Used once, then cleaned, rinsed and sanitized. I'd like $50 shipped in CONUS. -Joe

Hey guys, the motor in my '08 LGT blew up with only 5000miles on the clock so we installed a new EJ257 block with '05 STi heads, we had to do away with the air pump and was advised to do the TGV delete. Problem is the guys said they "probably" mixed up the hoses going to the PCSV when they went to reinstall the intake manifold. I searched and found 2 solenoid valves feeding off the vapor line, ...

My door ice disperser solenoid will not open. The problem started with a stuck solenoid valve. I replaced the control board and the complete door fountain kit (order no. 917501). Now the water and ice will work but the solenoid valve that opens the fountain door will not open. The ice auger will run, but only builds up in the door chute. Could I have either a bad control board or ...

I'm having a hard time finding a solution to my problem. I'm from Australia and have a 1998 WRX - EJ20G I believe? I have the following CEL: Code 24 - Idle Air Control Solenoid Valve: Contents of diagnosis: Idle air control valve inoperative. (Abnormal signal produced in monitor circuit.) Fail-safe Operation: Prevents abnormal engine speed using "fuel cut" in relation to engine ...

Hey guys, I just replaced the solenoid valve on my M3's vanos system to the tune of about $600. Apparently that wasn't what was wrong with my car and it ended up being the exhaust cam sensor. So I was wondering if my old solenoid valve is worth anything to someone out there. Car has 80k miles on it. I'd be willing to let it go cheap just to help out a fellow fanatic

welcome.....I dont think I would be drilling on that....There are a bunch of parts in there, not just a check valve.......I am not certain, but I think you have to have both B and C valves working properly, or all it will do is go left....... B&B will probably jump on this question, he knows a lot more of this stuff than me.

We have a gas valve in the boiler (Glow Worm EP30B). The model number of the valve is Honeywell V4700E 1056. It has been diagnosed that the solenoid is faulty. We got a new solenoid. It will be very helpful if anybody could give us any tip on replacing the solenoid. Thanks and in Advance

I wrote some example code that will hopefully work for you, or at least give you some idea of what I was talking about. There are three cases -Wait, the VI is waiting for you to press the fire button -Acquire, the VI changes the value to the solenoid and begins acquisition of the accelerometer for a period of time -Analyze, the VI performs analysis of the data and then goes back ...

- I used the black Sonnax Solenoid Pressure Regulator Valve from 2001 VB but used the heavier 96 Spring vice the TEENY Sonnax Spring from the 2001 VB... & by teeny I mean it slipped over the small tit on the PR Valve vice bearing on the flat "lands" like all the other Springs do in the like PR Valves of both VB's . - What difference does the larger / smaller springs there make in Solenoids /...
