Jon Walker at Firedoglake reports : November 4, 2009 7:30 am Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) has never been a fan of the public option. We now know that she is actively working to kill the public option with help of Olympia Snowe (R-ME) and, of course, the trigger . What we have to move forward thinking about is, as the president has said, people keeping what they...

Pawlenty pretty much warned Snowe she would be primaried or teabagged in my opinion. Good link with video of Pawlenty and Snowe's response. Fun stuff. Yes, I know it's Politico but I think this guy must be their token liberal if you look at his links. http://www.politico.com/blogs/glennthrush/1109/Sno we_to... Judged: 5 3 3 "I've been a lifelong Republican â I haven't changed, I don't know what the problem is â I really don't," said Snowe. You have never been a Republican, Senator Snowe and you'll never change. THAT is why you don't know what the problem is... and never will.
This morning on Morning Joe, Republican Tim Pawlenty was talking about Olympia Snowe. Now here is a woman who has just about single handedly frozen the Democrats plans to help the American Middle class get health care insurance. You would that one fact that she is working against so many Americans, the Republicans would be thrilled, but NOOOO. Pawlenty was asked if Snowe was welcome in ...

Let's just say, that Snowe did not change anything about her stand on health care and other matters but changed her "label" to Democrat, is it the label ,not the content  what really matters? I guess it is. A reminder Gov. Palenty, as a Minnesotan who did not vote for you......You represent a state with a majority of Democrats and frankly, if you were to run again, I don;'t think you'd ...

Fortunately for the Democrats, there are very few moderates like Snowe left in the Republican party. Back in the 1970's a large number of single issue voters left the Democrats and jumped to the Republicans, particularly over the abortion issue. Republican moderates have been suffering from their "good" luck ever since.

They are political leaders in their state and in...
