I am running a stock drr plastic snorkle on a lc 09 drr 90 with a 24 mmcarb. bike hesitates and cycles through a couple of bogs when the throttle is pinned hard. it takes about 2 seconds and will catch up. it responds best when the mixture ...

I lengthened the rear body to accommodate a third axle, and added equipment bins. I scratch built the ladder rack on the right side from diamond plate sheet and styrene strips. I also added a second water monitor and boxes to the ...

I'm lame, I guess, but I can't find this anywhere. I took off the air cleaner housing, including the air snorkel on my Stang . There is this tube that runs down toward the base of the engine, it's bolted onto the block. It's blue and it's the same kind of metal as the snorkel and air cleaner housing I pulled it off to repaint it and found it's got some rot. I would like to see about buying a...

I have had this kit for a while now, I just switched over to the the Mopar. The kit probably has 8k miles on it. Filter is in great condition, I will clean it upon purchase. It includes everything but the snorkle and one hose clamp...I lost one somewhere. It also has an extra hole drilled in it for a nitrous nozzle which can be plugged... $150 plus shipping takes it. I am at work and dont ...

I have seen videos of 4x4s fording fairly deep waters. Jeeps, of course, swimming in water so deep that you could only se the top of the snorkle. I am pretty much an on road driver. Though I have been in the Sierra Nevada mountains and have crossed a creek or two. Nothing more than about 6" deep. But I am curious how these people get a vehicle to go through a river or flooded road where the ...

Remove all Advertisements 02 XR400 So I ground the header welds, removed the backfire screen, removed the snorkle, went 58pilot/158main, drilled 3-1/4" holes at the end of the muffler and yes what a difference. It's like a new bike. And still very quite I love it. It starts 3rd or 4th kick when warm with a tad of throttle. However, when dead ...
