Beginning yesterday, I started feeling like I am getting a cold. I have been sneezing, my nose burns, and my nose is running. I really hope that I am not getting sick. My work discourages sick time, so everyone tends to come to work sick, so I may have caught something. Do you all know if there is anything I can take to help? An antihistamine would be so nice right now, but I'm scared to take ...

Question for you ladies - I am almost 8 weeks post-op from an LAVH/LSO. I am still having quite a bit of pain when I sneeze, and some pain when I cough hard. Is that normal? Has anyone else had issues with coughing and sneezing? The pain isn't as bad when I cough, but I dread sneezing because the pain is so intense. Anyone??

H My cockatiel is about 10 years old, she just started coughing/sneezing. She has her feathers fluffed up and she seems tired. I've never seen her act like this. I'm worried she won't make it through the night. Is there anything I can do before the vet opens tomorrow. She hasn't been eating or drinking as much as usual today. There seems to be a lot less stool and she also is closing her eyes a ...

The Prophet (saw) said: “Allah likes sneezing and dislikes yawning, so if one of you sneezes and praises Allah, it is a duty upon every Muslim who hears him to say to him, Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah have mercy on you). With regard to yawning, it is from the Shaytan so if one of you feels like yawning, let him suppress it as much as he can, for if one of you yawns the Shaytan laughs at him". (...

My 7 month old has started sneezing since I switched from wood based cat litter to the very expensive Catsan. I have contacted Catsan who's asked for a sample to be sent to them and will look into it. They said its a possibility it could be the cause of his sneezing. He has an appointment at the vets this afternoon. I just wondered if any one else had or has a ...

Flew from LGA to ORD yesterday with a passenger next to me that coughed and sneezed the entire time and never covered his mouth. Cold germs going everywhere! Would you have said anything to him?

My cat is about 5 or 6 years old and she's never been sick before. She's spayed and a little overweight. She eats premium wet foot (California Natural, EVO, Eagle Pack, etc) and EVO dry food, the new fish flavor. Yesterday evening she started to sneeze very frequently and when I checked her eyes there was some discharge. I wiped her eyes with tissue and although the discharge from one eye was ...

I know we all love our babies dearly and notice straight away when something is "off" with them. This week Magneto's had a runny nose, has been sneezing, reverse sneezing, and trying to itch his muzzle/throat area often. The itching behavior is what I'm concerned about. It's not his normal, I have an itch, it's more like there is something REALLY bothering me and I NEED to get rid of ...

Hey everyone. I hate this crap, I've been sitting at home all day after going to the doc , got my nose cauterized and have now got a nasal pack up my left nostril until wednesday, all whilst lovely mucus is building up in my nose cause of coughing and sneezing. Can't blow my nose or anything. That said, can't go to the gym obviously, but what's really bothering me is about what will happen if ...

I suppose I should be thankful it's not anything worse. It is just a mild cold that started out as sneezing on Wednesday afternoon, slight congestion, all nasal and sinus, but mild with no fever and no cough. A little throat scratchiness but nothing serious. Been home for the last two days, cleaning and organizing, even got a pineapple upside-down cake in the oven. Every time I really get ...
