Hi - I have tried several different combos of hot keys w/o luck. I am running osx 10.6.2 and snapz 2.2.2. I have Enable Access for Assitive Device on. Note that I can start snap, capture video, restart snap and am then able to complete the capture. Regards, /steve

Is there a way to delay recording of a video using Snapz Pro? Everytime I record I don't have enough time to enlarge my video and move the mouse off the screen. Not to mention any other products, but when I use ishowu, there is a countdown, that allows me to adjust what I need to adjust before recording actually starts. Hi: Am preparing a tutorial and I Just got Snapz and like it so far. I was wondering how to make the cursor flash a bullseye when the user/instructor clicks so that the viewer knows the mouse is clicked w/o hearing it. I have about $3000.00 to spend on a MacPro and was looking for some direction as to what to spend it on. I will be editing footage from the XH-A1,Canon 5D2 and screen captures made with Snapz Pro. Hi, I made a video at work using an older version of Snapz Pro. This video cannot be re-produced. It was very long because I didn't know the 15 minutes max trick at that point. The rVid turned out to be 36 gb in size. Every time I tried to render it, it fails with an error 1/3 or 1/2 of the way, or something similar. This was done using an older version of Snapz Pro... 2.1.2, 2.1.3. or 2....

Hello, I'm in the process of trying to record a video on my Mac. I downloaded Snapz Pro X which allows me to produce videos with audio. However, the movies are saved as .mov files and when I sent the video to someone with windows the audio was not included. I'd suggest examining what other applications are being used to modify keyboard shortcuts, APE & haxies, etc. Something in your main user account is the culprit. Since there are so many possibilities and Snapz works as expected in a clean user account, there's no much we can do.
