Hi, I,m looking for a little guidance on choosing a snare drum. I,m looking for something i can get a nice clean snappy sound from. I,ve looked at piccilo, and popcorn snares, but i,m looking for a good primary snare. I don,t tend to use snares over 13" diameter and would ideally like something around 13" or 12". I have played the Chris adler signature snare and that was quite close...

So pretty much everyone is having a slow year. well we will have some snappy temps tommorrow morning and even sunday morning. Anyone think it will help or are we all doomed to countless nights of yote hunting during the offseason? oh by the way i have seen hundreds of turkeys since season opened---and only 12 young(sholts or whatever their called). this to reinforces the coyote therory.

Okay peeps, I need your help. I searched and searched and I can't find it. Sometime this summer, someone put up a clipping video. I think they used the snappy clips (sorta like misfitcurls video), but the person who did the tutorial had thick dark wavy hair. She did her routine at night, and with slightly damp hair just messily clipped her hair at the top, to get some volume. I think in...

Driveability: Cold start: perfect Idle: steady as a rock despite having an 11lb flywheel part throttle: responsive and snappy boost: hits target boost in all gears very well, lacks the instant spoolup of an MBC setup for obvious reasons, but still very close to MBC type rampup. trims are off a few % in idle and 10-15% in long term, so they have to correct for my ...

Bear in mind this is the initial pass at the file, its "mild" and the AFR isnt fine tuned yet. Cold start, idle, etc all very good. Previous unitronic file would hunt like mad if the AC wasnt running, and it was super easy to stall. Part throttle is snappy and predictable as was the unitronic file. WOT acceleration is similar to the unitronic, with several marked ...

Ah ok, I just didn't want to come across as rude. I'm a paranoid person like that :D I reckon the best thing to do is just go and play whatever snares you can, without even looking at the price tag. Sometimes (and this goes with all instruments, as I'll demonstrate in a moment) price can sway you subconsciously away or towards something because more expensive seems better. I know this ...
