wow 7 hours sleep and I am feeling so much better. I guess my little getaway from the city and the books helped a lot. Once more I could see that I just have to change things and deal with life different to feel better. I don't need to smoke. Thanks for the info. I do realise that I don't have to go into a place I don't like.And that's why I did not stay in any of the places that were full of smoke. I just want help finding a place that I will like. Thanks :)

Fantastic job on going Green Teril! The food thing does even out after awhile, just keep some healthy snacks around and try not to skip any meals as you don't want to get too hungry. I know that's when I would over-eat during my first month.. Keep up the good work, you're doing great.
