Today is my first day smoke free. Wish me luck!!! I know it's gonna take a lot more than luck to succeed. I've already set up my plan, wrote down reasons why i am quitting, what i will do when i get the urge to smoke. I know it will be hard but well worth it in the end. Tabitha
