I have seen on a few forums that a PSU issue is common on Thomson ...

I see a commercial on TV saying that new triple package subscribers (cable, phone, internet) get a free ipod touch. I call them to ask if I can get one too. they say no because it is only for new customers. existing customers are excluded from this particular promotion. I ask, well what are you offering for your existing customers? What incentives are you giving us to stay? He ...

me personally it's Record Labels/DJs/Radio/Fans that killed true hip hop they single handily kept people from true hip hop by playing/showing "garbage" on tv and radio...which is pretty much where most people are introduced to music/artists... Soulja Boy - Turn My Swag On

Though this article might be of interest, wanna know why all we see weekday afternoons are talk shows and courtroom shows? It's sad that kids nowadays will never get to experience the fun of rushing home from school to watch cartoons. http://blog.toonzone.net/blogs/119/t...s-tv---part -1/

Journalism's Slow, Sad Death Like the nearby Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, the Newseum - Washington's museum dedicated to journalism - displays dinosaurs. On a long wall near the entrance, the front pages of newspapers from around the country are electronically posted each morning - the artifacts of a declining industry. Inside, the high-tech exhibits are nostalgic...

Recently I have done just that. Removing the old PSU & replacing it with a new took about 30 minutes. I am fortunate enough to live near a Satcure 'agent'. He let me have the replacement PSU to fit myself as I didn't want to lose any planned recordings. I then sent my faulty PSU back to him the next day. My Thomson had different problems to what you describe. The...
