I got this from AllRecipes dot com, and added 1 can kidney beans & shredded roasted chicken. I used 1/2 a fresh jalapeno instead of jarred chiles. hi ladies i did WW a few months ago online but had to cancel it as had to cut back on pennies for xmas.... i found a DELISH slow cooker recipe with pento beans in it but have had a nosie on here and cant find it.... does anyone know the recipe or have any alternative slow cooker recipes i could use pls????

We're spinning all over the place tonight, so I thought I'd add to the madness! I love the idea of leaving my slow cooker on all day, but the one I have is cheap and the food sticks to the bottom of it if I am not there to monitor it. Has anyone made a turkey breast in the slow cooker? I've heard you can do it -- does the skin get crunchy or stay gooey? A friend of mine once tried it with an envelope of ranch dressing. We got a slow cooker about 3 weeks ago from debenhams but its just been sat on the side since! We paid £40 for it, not sure on how much postage would be, Il have a look later! We still have the box & instructions, and il give it a quick wipe over (its been on the kitchen side for 3 weeks!), never been used! I know this has been asked before, but has anyone found a new slow cooker that doesn't bring food to a rapid boil after just a few hours?
