Satan's Blade - While this is one of my favorites, it's still one of the most depressing/somber films I've ever seen. I'm requesting not so famous slasher movies, in the vain of Reeker, Leslie Vernon, Hack? I need to watch some more of those kinds of slasher movies because, to me, they are better then the really high budget slashers .

I was born in 1989 which only makes me 19. I grew up with both the 70's 80's slasher movies and the 90's and 00's slasher movies. With each different decade came different levels of horror. It seems to me that the 70's horror movies could at times be extremely scary and nightmarish. The 80's horror movies sometimes could be campy and not scary but entertaining. The Friday the 13th ...
