Wrong again. The former crack house was sold as an empty lot of land with nothing on it and debt-free. John bought the empty lot and put a skyscraper on it. There is no such thing as a "contaminated shell" that is debt free, no lawsuits, no previous employees, and even the SEC os satisfied which you have failed to even acknowledge despite spending an entire day on it.
