Ok so basically I realised that in minimizing my milk intake I just wasnt getting enough calcium, so Ive upped my SS milk intake by about 3/4 of a cup. Thus increasing my calories by 100 or so per day. Concurrent to this change in my diet, I seem to have put on 7 lbs or so going from 126lbs to 133lbs. Now, to get a
fuller picture I have had 2 weekend vacations where I pretty much ate whatever ...
