Hi all, I have a final step in a skillset action list set to Transfer to Mailbox and then the skillset's mailbox #. Currently, when the caller gets to that step there is a greeting that says something like push 0 to go to the operator or continue to leave a message, then the mailbox greeting. I am having some issues with activating my skillsets in a new install of CC -- Everything seems to be setup, but when I click 'enable' I get the error: 'This skillset's mailbox has not been initialized, Could not enable skillset" I have infact initialized the mailbox by recording a general name and greeting and changing the default password. Please help...thanks

I recently renamed a BCM50 3.0 skillset. A few days later when went to pull up some real-time screens on the RCC web host PC, I observed the old skillset name was appearing. What is the procedure for renameing this on the RCC PC? Is this a bug requiring a patch update? Please advise... VOJ

wouldn't it be best for him to go to the ufc after he beats bendo, which is pretty likely. the dude maybe is pretty heelish, but there's no denying that he's got a nice skillset- very good wrestler and boxer, and he has power. i would like to see how he looks against better competition.

On Thiago vs Rashad. I'm thinking Rashad would win, he always comes in with a good gameplan and I think he has the skillset to pulverize Thiago. He's lighter on his feet and he appears to be the better striker. Thiago's stronger, but I think Rashad will pull through with technique. Sure, the TA-function is an "outsourcing" of a function the company can do itself. It *does* comprise a specialized skillset and tools, though, which often makes sense for companies to "share," so to speak, rather than each company gearing up in order to have its own "TA Department."

Sorry snowman, I wasn't too clear. Ultimately, I do want the caller to end up in the SS's voicemail box. After the call is transferred to the mailbox I hear Joyce the Voice saying to hit 0 for the operator or hold to leave a message. Then after a second or so, I hear the SS's voicemail box greeting. Thanks for the input guys!! I actually figured this out -- I 'thought' we initialized the mailboxes when we logged in and recorded the name -- Turns out you have to go into the mailbox admin and change the password to something that does not begin with 0 -- as soon as we did that, it worked fine..
