Alright, I have come into possession of a 1987 Wellcraft. Someone was gonna dump it and I picked it up. The motor has no problems that I know of. It starts and turns over but thats all I know. Some rewiring has been started and a new starter/ignition has been bought for it but not installed. The floor was some kind of plywood and probably needs a whole new floor. The cover is in pretty good...

Has anybody ever towed a ski boat with their Element? I have an 06 EX, and I am looking into purchasing a Mastercraft PS 190; a 19' ski boat that weighs approx 2200 lbs w/o the trailer, so more than likely 2700 w/ trailer. Clearly I would tow in 3, either way- am I going to be replacing my trans if I tow with my E if I tow this boat?

I bought my first boat for 300$ when I was 15 its a 1963 glasspar Avalon g-3 ski boat with an 80cc engine. The boat needs some work but its usable the way it is. However I won't to make it look good. The things I need to fix is a small gash in the fiberglass, glue the carpet back down, put a new steering wheel on, put a new window on it and touch up the pant and it will look good as new. alls...
